What information we collect

 Sign-in and registration information

Sign-in information is the information we collect from you when you sign up to engage in a project through this site. This includes a login name of your choosing, your email address and additional demographic information you choose to provide on the sign-up form.

Occasionally, you may be asked to register to participate in an engagement on this site. Registration requires that you create a password, and gives you the ability to receive updates, and access all consultations hosted on this site.  In most cases, to simplify your user experience on this site, you will only be asked to sign-up to engage in a project, which does not require the creation of a password.

Your login name will be visible publicly and associated with the content you post on this site. Your email address will always be kept private, and is used for administrative purposes such as to notify you if a post you have made within the site has been removed because it does not comply with the <Terms of Use> for the site.  If you are a verified registered user, we might with your consent also use your email to send you additional details such as project updates.

Please note that you are able to browse any publicly accessible sections of this website completely anonymously without signing up or registering.

Engagement feedback

Engagement feedback is the content you create as part of your interactions on this site. These can include responses to surveys, comments on discussion forums, or any of the other engagement opportunities we provide. Engagement information may be publicly visible to other site users and associated with your login name. This information is used to help inform the decisions we make about the project you’re providing feedback on.
